Warm Ups/Cool Downs/Flexibility - Taught by Bobbie Lyons, CCFT, FP-MTI, Cert CF

This class will benefit continuing students as well as new students.

Why take this course?

This is a 5 week class that will cover in depth what could be included in your warm up, cool down and flexibility routines. Warm muscles perform better than cold muscles and with a decreased chance of injury.

Warm ups for agility will be the focus but we will also discuss movements that are beneficial for the physical challenges other sports.

Weeks 1 & 2 - proper warm up movements

Week 3 - Cool downs

Week 4 & 5 - active and passive stretches

Video Tutorials - there will either be individual videos for each exercises or one video that combines them showing all reps/sets.

A variety of training methods can be used to obtain the proper movement or position - shaping, luring, capturing, targeting and molding. These will be discussed in the video tutorials, in the forum and through video review but every tiny step will not be demonstrated in the instructional video.

YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE MATERIAL FOR 1 YR.


How Long Is This Course?

This is a FIVE week course. Week 1 will be available at sign up and subsequent weeks will drip out one week at a time

Will I Get Feedback?

YES! You'll get access to a discussion forum where you can ask questions and there will be a coaching call where you can talk LIVE with Bobbie Lyons and get answers to your questions in real time.

Will I have to submit Video?

No - this is a self guided class If you are interested in live lessons (similar to Skype) please contact me @ bobbie@pawsitive-performance.com
