Why take this course?
This is a 5 week class that is now offered as SELF GUIDED. In this class ONE complete exercise plan will be presented each week for 5 weeks. The exercises presented in class will require NO equipment but might use a sidewalk curb, stairs, gentle slope or small things you might have laying around. The idea behind this class is you can do fitness anywhere.
If you are on vacation, in a hotel room, in a dirty barn or somewhere that fitness equipment is not available, this class will teach you exercises that can be completed without equipment to keep your dog actively engaging muscles needed for quality performance.
What equipment do you need: NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED
Learn how to turn foundation movements into exercises while also mentally and physically challenging your dog. Each workout will consist single exercises and/or exercises combinations to maximize your time and energy spent.
FITNESS ANYWHERE - when traveling or visiting friends, during a walk, when you are at the park or if you don't have any equipment.
Each program is designed to engage front/rear and core as well as being mindful of forward/backward/side to side/bending and twisting movements.
Video Tutorials - there will either be individual videos for each exercises or one video that combines them showing all reps/sets.
A variety of training methods can be used to obtain the proper movement or position - shaping, luring, capturing, targeting and molding. These will be discussed in the video tutorials, in the forum and through video review but every tiny step will not be demonstrated in the instructional video.
PLEASE NOTE: EVERYONE has access to the forum for questions/discussion. You may purchase video review separately.
